Roque de Tierra, Anaga
Full version on https://marcsharp.de - Print available! The details on this are insane! - This monolith on the shore of the anaga mountain range has drago trees growing on top of it. I took this shot from a little boat that was beaten by the waves. Not an easy task :D but well worth it. This area of Tenerife is so beautiful and hardly any tourists come here. Usually you will need to hike through some steep terrain to see it from land.
Roque Bermejo Anage Tenerife
A new photo from my time in Tenerife. A small dhingy brought us around the top of Tenerife's northern Anaga mountain range. We stopped here at this little settlement in the middle of nowhere to take in the nice views. :)
Drive endless turns up and down the mountains of Anaga, the reward is this: A wide panorama of the impressive Anaga mountain range looking towards Benijo beach.
This beach is one of my favorites on Tenerife. Big waves, great black sand and beautiful people enjoying the water and sun. For this photo I was standing at the end of the street next to the beach, waiting for the sun to set. I managed to capture the atmosphere of this moody sunset pretty well. Great experience :)
Faro Bajamar Reflection
After getting soaked by an unexpectedly heavy rainfall, the sky finally opened up again with some beautiful light and clouds as the background for the lighthouse in Bajamar, Tenerife.
The ocean was happy to see me this day :P
View to the ocean from a small road to to Masca.
Sunset above the atlantic ocean on my way to Tenerife.
Faro de Punta del Hidalgo
It looks like a Gandalf the white built his magical tower here next to the ocean, but it's actually a lighthouse.
Watching the surfers waiting for the next wave before sunset.
Tenerife Landscape and Travel Photography
Tenerife is the biggest Island of the Canary Islands located in the Atlantic Ocean next to Morocco off the african coast.
Known mostly for the great climate (around 24°C on average) all year round, most people stay on the beaches and don't even realize how diverse this island is.
Tenerife is a like a miniature continent on a small territory. In the middle you have the highest peak in all of Spain. And this peak also happens to be a Volcano. It's called Teide and can be seen from everywhere on the island.
